People has been walking the highlands of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with UNICEF to fulfill a purpose, one that our partner visualized and ever since, with our continuous support, this alliance has worked tirelessly to bring into effect. At our most recent stop at Kalam in the District of Swat, the leaders and the dedicated members of both teams were found holding a review meeting where each executed stage of the Polio Eradication Initiative project (PEI) was discussed, planning the course of all future stages, constructively.
The professionals at People have effectively met many of the demanding efforts of the process, which were elaborate in this meeting. Looking at the long list of the recruited participants that have been deeply involved in the project, a complete schedule encompassing a wide range of activities was followed. Under the supervision of Unicef’s representatives who took to the panel to initiate the review, our participants were acquainted with the agenda of the meeting. The introductory briefing was followed by a series of panel discussions that took place in an orderly manner, addressed many phases of the project with participants who later took part in interactive group discussions. These sessions, conducted to identify and overcome the obstacles faced in the process, were a one-step forward in ensuring productive program management. By the end, our team’s remarkable efforts in conducting a well-organized event were translated into absolute triumph.
This is simply what People’s involvement in a plan of action does – we pave the way for change makers to guarantee success in achieving their initiatives.
