Event Recap: Evolving Workplace Culture

On July 6, 2024, Daftarkhwan Lahore, a vibrant hub for co-working, became the epicenter of dynamic discussions as PEOPLE™ hosted the 41st session of its Path to Progress 2030 initiative. This session, centered around the theme “Evolving Workplace Culture,” was a collaborative effort with Tech Titans, attracting some of the brightest minds in the industry to explore the ever-changing dynamics of workplace environments.

The event brought together an impressive lineup of guest speakers who are recognized leaders in their respective fields. Bilal Alam Khan, Group CHRO at Blue Group, kicked off the discussion by shedding light on the role of leadership in shaping workplace culture. Wajiha Khan, Head of HR at U-Blox, followed with insights into how technological advancements are influencing cultural shifts within organizations.

Mashkoor Malik, HR Head at Lotte Pakistan, discussed strategies for fostering a positive work environment that adapts to the evolving needs of employees. Neshay Aqueel, Legal Affairs Head at BAT, provided a legal perspective on workplace culture, emphasizing the importance of compliance and ethical practices. Fraz Aslam, Founder of KAAF, shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting how startups can cultivate a unique culture that drives innovation. Lastly, Farah Zaheer, HRBP at Telenor, emphasized the critical role of HR in navigating cultural transitions in large organizations.

The diverse viewpoints and in-depth discussions made the event an enriching experience for all attendees, offering practical insights and strategies for adapting to the changing workplace landscape.
