On October 26, 2024, Oyster Court in Lahore became a center of insightful discussions as PEOPLE™ hosted an inspiring session under its Path to Progress 2030 initiative. The event, themed “How LMS is Shaping Corporate Learning,” was held in collaboration with Global HR Professionals (GHRP), bringing together a stellar lineup of speakers and HR experts from across Pakistan.
The event featured some of the most prominent HR professionals in the industry, each recognized for their impactful contributions to corporate training and development. Junaid Asrar Khan, Head of HR Digital Transformation at Fatima Group, opened the session by sharing how digital transformation is revolutionizing employee training. Aliya Kashmiri, Head of HR at Sapphire Fibres Limited, discussed the essential role that HR plays in implementing effective learning management systems within organizations.
Adnan Wahid, Head of HR & Admin at RUBA Digital Pvt Ltd, shared his expertise as a corporate trainer and mentor, focusing on strategies for maximizing employee engagement through LMS. Shahid Bashir, HR Head at Al Bario Engineering, emphasized the importance of aligning LMS with organizational goals to drive impactful learning. Lastly, Afsheen Iftikhar, Country Head of HR at WestPoint Home and Global Director of Learning & Development at GHRP, highlighted the global trends in LMS and how they are transforming employee training on an international scale.
