Panel Discussion on Performance Management Systems

On August 10, 2024, PEOPLE™ hosted an invigorating Beachside Panel Discussion at Chaupal Restaurant, Seaview, Karachi, as part of our ongoing Path to Progress 2030 initiative. This event focused on the theme of “Performance Management Systems,” gathering some of Pakistan’s most esteemed HR leaders to share their insights and experiences in shaping effective performance management practices.

The scenic venue set the perfect vibe for a lively and engaging discussion, where our distinguished panelists delved deep into the complexities and future trends of performance management. The panel included HR veterans such as Akhter Ahmad (Director HR & Administration, Getz Pharma), Tehmina Ali (Head Of Human Capital, DE&I, Yunus Textile Mills Limited), Ambreen Malik (Country Head HR, FedEx Express), Faaiza Faisal (Group Head HR, House Building Finance Company Ltd), and Nazia Matin (Group Head HR, Takaful Bazaar). Each brought their unique perspective, making it an invaluable learning experience for all in attendance.

The discussion highlighted several key themes, including the integration of technology in performance management, the importance of aligning systems with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and employee development. Attendees were provided with actionable insights that are crucial for navigating the evolving landscape of performance management in today’s dynamic workplace environment.

A special segment of the event was dedicated to presenting People’s Market Leading HRMS People-i’s Performance Management Module. This presentation was met with great interest from the audience, offering a practical example of how technology can be leveraged to enhance performance management practices.
