On 9th March 2023, People (Professional Employers Private Limited) hosted the largest and most visually stunning HR Conference in the history of Pakistan. The name of the event was People HR Tech Summit Asia 2023, an unparalleled platform provided for the foremost HR and Business Leaders of the country to come together and share their insights.
The topics of conversation revolved mostly around the newest HR Trends, Technologies, Concerns and approaches regarding how the HR function should tackle the forecasted challenges of 2023. HR Heads from corporate giants including Ismail Industries, Karachi Electric, Pakistan Cables, Parco & much more had a wealth of knowledge to share on the above mentioned topics and all participants of the conference benefitted greatly from this.
Besides the conference itself, dozens of tech products were on display in the exhibition area. Ranging from HR Tech to generic productivity solutions – various players in the industry were given a chance to decorate and showcase their products to the vast audience of attendees. The show was most definitely stolen by the 25 x 25 feet massive exhibit of People, showcasing their signature HR Platform, People-i. The exhibit displayed People’s international presence and vast variety of clientele spanning across all industries.
The discussion topics and agenda was meticulously crafted by the People & HR Legends team to ensure it covers a variety of areas relevant to the HR function in 2023. In conclusion, this was the first time in history that a leading HR Organization was so thoroughly and extensively involved with the creation of an HR event. The background visuals, print media, promotional materials were all personally designed by the People team to reach standard of perfection not yet seen with regard to such events. As the dominant HR Strategy & Services firm in Pakistan, People has been responsible for shaping the HR Practices of Pakistan as a whole and hopes to continue to do so through these forums.
